Welcome to the MCAQ Online System (GovOnline) for Electronic Notification, Report, and Application Submissions.

GovOnline allows for online form and report submissions with real-time tracking of processing/review status. The system specifically allows users to:

Establish a user account and manage all your submittals online
Submit asbestos NESHAP notifications for demolition and renovation activities
Submit other air quality compliance reports and applications
Monitor the processing status of your submittals
Receive e-mail notifications on review results

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All Submittals Now in MeckAIR

Effective June 18, 2026, all new submittals must be created in the new MeckAIR system.

What this means for you:

Pending submittals: You can still log in to GovOnline to complete any submittals that were started before June 18, 2026.
New submittals: All new submittals must be created in MeckAIR.

Your existing account has been transferred to MeckAIR. You will need to reset your password and PIN when you first log in. Please contact MCAQ at meckair@mecknc.gov once you have access to your account, and we will connect your account to your permitted facility.
